A nice idea and it does what they say, but, within a week the clips to make it a desk top stand broke off. I contacted Lapworks several times and no response. They also sent me a customer satisfaction email and I let them know my issue and no response. I continued to use the product as a desk top but used a book to create the desktop angle and now the entire unit has cracked in two halves. Lousy construction and a company that does not support their product. DON'T BUY!

Lap Desk With 5-Position Support Arm For Desktop Typing And Heat Dissipating Vent Slots That Prevent Hot Lap (Electronics) I love my Futura. I work from home, the couch actually and use the Futura everyday. With the Futura, I never have to worry about my laptop getting too hot and I have space for a cup of coffee and an external mouse while working from my lap.
