1) it is whisper quiet.
2) it pushes a very decent amount of air. This is presumably because of its large (for a USB fan!) blade diameter of 12 inches.
3) it has a rather simple and clean design, so it doesn't look cutesy or tacky sitting on your desk like so many usb fans do.
4) is available in your choice of 4 colors - pink, blue, yellow and white.
I've tried a range of usb fans, and this is the best! (The Thermaltake external usb fans are also nice, and have a much longer cord, but don't look quite as good).

This little fan feels pretty solid, looks great, runs on usb, and provides a nice breeze. The only problem I can think of is that you can't adjust the speed, but I like the default speed since it's not too much or too little (like I said, it's like a breeze). It's not going to circulate the air around the room, but works well for blowing air on a specific part of your body since it focuses the air.
