Dead after 1 day, December 15, 2012 By This review is from: Dell XPS X8500-1581BK Desktop (Personal Computers) I purchase this computer, xps 8500 i7 with same spec shown on this computer on nov. 25 but it arrived Dec. 7 then next day it was dead. Only fan moves 1 second then no more responce after press power button.
Call dell customer number and wait 3 hrs to get to the right technician. He requested replacement computer but it takes long to get until today 12/15/2012. When I open the case mother board support only one additional hard drive without bay and no more ram upgrade available and it is so tight inside to upgrade.
Fan is so loud. As long as this computer works it is just OK compare to previous purchased XPS410.

A LOT of machine for the price, February 12, 2013 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Dell XPS X8500-1581BK Desktop (Personal Computers) I'm very happy with this machine. It is my new desktop system. Of course, the first thing I did was remove Windows 8 and install Win 7.
