It feels terrific in my hand, it's accurate, has a long battery life and the USB receiver has a nice flat profile when plugged in. It stores inside the mouse if you are not going to be using it for a while. There's an on/off switch for the batteries, too.
In short, there's nothing to not like about it! On sale for $16, it was an incredibly good buy and I use it all the time.

I haven't had any issues with performance -- it's been consistent and responsive, and I appreciate that it's stylish and also has a small USB receiver/connector. (These newer ones have a receiver that sits almost flush with the edge of the laptop so you can leave it in the USB port and it won't get damaged when you're on the go.)
I'm running Windows 7. Install was a breeze. Literally plug and play. Windows installed the drivers automatically.
I work in IT-type environments, and I have experience with all kinds of hardware. I'd definitely recommend this.

I am using it right now in fact. It fits very well in my hand and the color is nice and crisp. It contrasts very well on my all black desk. The range is great too. Probably easily get 20+ feet of range with this thing. No accuracy issues. Not much more that I really need to say about this mouse I guess.
