3 of 3 people found the following review helpful  Works Great in a Samsung Slate with Windows 8, November 6, 2012 This review is from: Mushkin Direct Atlas Deluxe 240GB mSATA SATA III Solid State Drive MKNSSDAT240GB-DX (Personal Computers) I installed this mSATA drive in my Samsung Series 7 Slate. It was detected on boot without any issues and then I installed Windows 8 Pro. I did not benchmark the drive, but everything seems to loading very fast. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful  Fast SSD, July 24, 2012 This review is from: Mushkin Direct Atlas Deluxe 240GB mSATA SATA III Solid State Drive MKNSSDAT240GB-DX (Personal Computers) Speeds are Right on I benched the drive in My Dell XPS 14 (2012) and it is just a hair slower than the spec which is pretty good from what i was expecting. Bellow is my benchmarks using atto 2.46. Crystal disk mark picture will be attached to the product Read Speed:up to 560MB/sec Write Speed:up to 530MB/sec ****Rated max read and write speeds are obtained using ATTO 2.46 at queue depth 10 *** Here is my result With a Queue of 10 Read speed MAX: 556MB Write speed MAX: 530MB Here is my result With a Queue of 4 Read speed MAX: 555MB Write speed MAX: 527MB I removed 1 star due to price Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you?

I'm running it on an ASUS Maximus V Gene and I am getting great performance without any hiccups. Definitely recommended if you need an mSATA SSD.
