When I needed to reactivate an old Windows PC to use as a testbed, I went with Corsair again. The memory breathed new life into an old machine. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful 10x faster than what it was!, December 1, 2010 This review is from: Corsair 1GB (1x1GB) DDR 333 MHz (PC 2700) Desktop Memory (VS1GB333) (Accessory) My family has a 10 year old computer and it was top of the line at it's time. We needed an upgrade and it can take up to a 2 GB RAM (1GB per slot) So it came with a 512 when we got it and so I decided to get a 1GB for it to try and get it to go faster. Plan worked and it fit great. Just have to be sure you know which one you need or else you have to return it and try again! Very easy to install though. Great product and it's still working!
