This is a great PSU. 100% modular. The cables are very heavy and longer than most other psu's.
Packaging was nice. psu was in a felt bag and then put in molded foam packinging to protect it.
Cables were in separate heavy Velcro bag and in a heavy seasonic box. the psu itself is heavy which is a good
thing. high wattage light psu's are not a good thing. The fan runs very silent at 60%. I would definitely recommend this psu to anyone.

At the time I had never used Seasonic before (mostly Corsair units) and didn't know what to expect. After about 3 months, I can say that I am very satisfied with this unit. Even under the strain of an overclocked Gulftown i7 and two 670's in SLI the fan is silent. Would buy again.

I was surprised it shipped in a velvet bag and contained a separate nylon bag with cables as it is a fully modular supply. After using it for a month I've encountered zero problems, installation was flawless and easy to configure for clean installation as you can use only the connections you need versus having to hide fixed cables. Overall I won't hesitate to recommend to friends and family as I'm also their pc tech and it makes my life easier not having to do much work for them as their components are selected for maximum reliability.
